Walk through the twisting streets and alleyways, passing donkeys piled high with goods, and explore the specialty sections that divide the souk. Spend the day exploring the old city, visiting, Medresse el Attarine, the tanneries, and the splendid Fondouk Nejjarine, a beautifully restored 18th-century inn.
