Today, travel from Fes to the Sahara Desert. Pass through the Middle Atlas Mountains, the town of Ifrane (called “Little Switzerland”), and the green Cedars Forest, where you might see wild monkeys. Arrive in Merzouga and ride a camel into the tall Erg Chebbi dunes at sunset. Spend the night in a luxury desert camp with Berber music and amazing stars above.
